Bay Street Group wants to increase brand awareness and lead generation when Toronto Real Estate Market hitting the highest benchmark in year of 2022. The company wish to expend their target audience in people lives in GTA and Canada, age between 25-35, sensitive to real estate market news.
Task:
Develop a comprehensive digital campaign that effectively reaches target audience and inspires them to make a purchase.
Action:
1.Develop TikTok videos based on the hottest real estate topic search to create engaging contents.
2.Imply auto-subtitle and ai voice-over in the videos. reduce production time, and make the video user-friendly.
3.Interact with realtors who shared the video to their page using the duo feature, encourage earned media and build online community.
4.Place TikTok ads to the account when reaching 300 followers to promote the units we currently selling.
Result:
-In 6 month period, generates 90k views and 1191 likes
-Produced over 5 Videos have over 10k views
-Resister forms submission increased by 27%
-Build an online community on TikTok form zero to 500+ organic followers
